    Vtg Small Litho Tin Toy Spinning Top w/Dutch Girls and Windmill designs.  Looks like an Ohio Art toy but could not find their mark.  Approx 4in tall and 3 in diameter.  Love the theme design of Holland/Dutch/Vikings Sailing ship.  Top has been played with; bottom shows some black marks and small loss of paint in spots.  Please see photos.  Selling as is.
