This is a nice pair of women's vintage pants by Le Painty of Paris. There are yellow stains/fade lines on the legs. The yellow stains on the legs were difficult to capture in the photos, but they are there. Please see the photos and measurements.
When laying flat, the waist measures almost 11 inches.
The inseam (crotch to the bottom of the leg) measures 28 inches.
When laying flat, the hip area measures 17.5 inches.
The rise (waist to crotch) is 13 inches.
When flat, the opening at the bottom of the legs measures 7 inches.
