Vintage scarf clip, costume jewelry (no stamp)

This belonged to my mother-in-law and even though she hasn't worn it in a long time, she has kept it all these years. I have pictures that show her wearing it in the 70s.
It has no stamp - I believe this is true costume jewelry. It's light weight and shows slight wear. The clip works. It's 1 5/15 inches in diameter although the way the pearl is set, it looks to be slightly oval but it isn't.
I will mail this wrapped and in a padded envelope.
