Vintage Dress Clip With Bi-Color Sapphire Stones.

I believe this is a unique vintage Art Deco dress clip,
with bi-color sapphire looking stones.
The stones could be plastic or Lucite but they appear to be too hard in my opinion.
I am not an expert so it is just a guess.
It is beautiful at any rate.
The lighter color blue changes its position when you move the dress clip.
It will be packaged and shipped with the utmost care.
It have obviously been well cared for over the many years.
