We do not see what those costs are or have anything at all to do with them. We only can see the cost to the Freight Forwarder in the US.
RETURN POLICY:
RETURNS DUE TO DAMAGE:  ALL DAMAGE CLAIMS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 72 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF PACKAGE.
Please keep everything---Original box, packing, broken pieces, etc.  Shipping companies will want photos of everything and may ask to actually see it to issue a refund.  So please contact us right away.
GENERAL RETURN INFO: As stated in our EBAY policy we do accept returns on many items, BUT you must inform us that you are returning the item, and send us the tracking number as soon as you ship the item. The item needs to be returned well packed and by the same method it was shipped including insurance if applicable. Once we receive the item back we will inspect it and refund the purchase price less 20%, if it is in its original, as sent condition.
