Does NOT come with the pictured carrying bag--it won't fit in the box unfortunately, so selling that separately.  I can furnish an authorized purchase receipt for warranty purposes (~2 years remaining) as needed.
Brand new stand, removed from the box and setup once.  I decided then and there that it wouldn't suit my needs.  At 13 pounds, it's far lighter than the Park Tool version.  Everything is in the box, including the unused axle adapters and packing materials.  This is exactly what you'd get if you ordered direct from feedback sports or REI at the regular rate of 0+tax.  There may be a few minor handling scuffs, but everything is in perfect working order.
It will be shipped out in the original box as shown (with a new label slapped on).  Again, the black fabric carrying bag is NOT included in this sale due to bulk.
