This unit has been stripped down to its shell, cleaned, and rebuilt with a new Honeywell power supply.  This unit comes with cleaned pre-filters and an electrostatic cell and runs properly.  This unit is crafted by Air Quality Engineering in the United States and has a variable speed dial.
